ORWALL is part of Little League District 28.
D28 will not have any Special District Tournaments this year and will only participate at the National team level. Orwall is working to facilitate an internal Machine Pitch Tournament for our League Age 7 and 8 players. More to come.
National teams will compete against other teams from our district (includes Tomball, Montgomery, Conroe, and NW45) in a double elimination tournament to win the district title and move on to Sectionals where they will compete against teams from other Little League districts. Winners at those levels will move on to the next level. These are the teams that can progress to State and National levels if they continue to win.
ORWALL will field National Teams in the following divisions for 2026:
· 9-10 Year Old: East Coach Shane Concienne, West - Coach Dustin Nations
· 11 Year Old: East – Coach Mark Ramsey, West - Coach Matt Brouwer
· Majors: East – Coach Joe Curiale, West - Coach Bobby Grandas
· Intermediate 50/70: East - Coach Josh Siler, West - Coach Matt Jacobs
· Juniors: Coach Ray Walzer
· Seniors: Coach Doug Baird
2026 DISTRICT 28 TOURNAMENT DATES & LOCATIONS
All Stars tournaments are held at the various leagues across D28. You are responsible for your own travel to and from the locations.
National Tournaments will begin ~June 10th +/- a day. The tournaments are double elimination with the winner advancing to Sectionals in at the end of June (tentatively 6/26-7/1). Possible time commitment of a National ORWALL team that continues to progress could be into August 2026. All Sectional tournaments, except for the 9/10 Kid Pitch tournament, will be traveling to an out of district location. 9/10 Kid Pitch Sectionals will be hosted at TBD.
