Non-COVID-19 Refund Policy

Once a player has completed his or her skills assessment, there are no refunds.  Once teams have been drafted and rosters released, there will be no refunds (this includes players who did not attend skills assessments.) For special case-by-case concerns regarding injury or illness prior to the beginning of the season, please contact your Division Director.  Registration fees are non-transferable.

COVID-19 Cancellation Refund Policy

If the season is cancelled all or in part due to government shutdown or orders that make continuing the season logistically impossible, the following refund policy will be honored.

Families will have the option to request a refund or donate the registration fee to ORWALL if the league is forced to cancel the season.

Refund Policy:

• If the season is cancelled prior to uniform distribution and practices beginning, a 100% refund will be offered.
• If the season is cancelled after uniforms have been distributed and practices have started, but prior to opening day, a 100% refund will be offered (minus uniform costs).
• If the season is cancelled during regular season play, a prorated discount will be given based on number of games played (minus uniform costs and operational costs i.e. field maintenance, umpires, lights, etc). 1-3 games played = 75% refund minus uniforms and operational costs. 4-6 games played = 50% refund minus uniforms and operational costs
• If the season is cancelled after 6 games have been played, no refunds will be issued.
• Refunds will be approved for accounts that have paid in full status only. Accounts that have applied early bird or sibling discounts will still be eligible for refunds.

Refund requests should include:

• Player's Full Name
• Player's Birth Date
• League Division
• Parent Name & Contact Number
• Mailing Address

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email within 30 days of the official cancellation announcement.
